Jet Aviation to enhance cabin comfort on VIP flights with CTT´s humidification technology

Nyköping, January 14, 2005— Jet Aviation AG, based in Basel Switzerland, has ordered CTT CairTM System – to be installed in two (2) Boeing B737 BBJ VIP aircraft. The system will provide a comfortable humidity level of minimum 20% throughout the entire cabin, at the same time as condensation will be prevented by distributing dry air from the Zonal DryingTM System between the cabin and the aircraft skin. The humidification system addresses the problems associated with dry air in first and business class cabins as well as VIP aircraft cabins by raising the relative humidity levels, thereby providing healthier cabin air quality and better travelling comfort for passengers and crew. “We are glad to announce Jet Aviation´s decision to install our humidification system in order to improve cabin comfort,” said Torbjörn Johansson, President of CTT Systems. “Our technology is today world leading and in particular within the VIP aircraft segment.” The CairTM is based on evaporative cooling technology, which has been tested to efficiently provide humidity safely throughout the aircraft.
