CTT Systems Announces Zonal Drying™ Order for six Boeing 737-800s

CTT Systems AB (“CTT”), the market leader of aircraft humidity control systems, announces Zonal Drying™ order for six Boeing 737-800s to be factory installed by Boeing for an undisclosed customer starting in December 2015 and to be finalized in April 2016.

The Zonal Drying™ Anti-Condensation System generates the following advantages:

  • Lower fuel burn and CO2/NOX emissions from excess weight reduction of 200-300kg of accumulated condensate water in B737/A320 aircraft;

  • Higher operational reliability from significant lowered moisture related faults in electrical equipment (reduced Out-Of-Service time)

  • Lower attrition of replacing insulation blankets
