CTT Systems to develop a complete Moisture Management System for SAS long range aircraft fleet. CTT Systems and SAS have reached an agreement to install a complete Moisture Management System on trial onboard one (1) of it´s Boeing 767 aircraft. CTT Systems will develop in co-operation with Munters AB in Sweden the Moisture Management System in order to offer an increased relative humidity (RH) for TM Business Class cabin to minimum 25%. In parallel CTT´s Zonal Drying System will prevent the build up of additional condensation due to the increased relative humidity level in the intermediate space between the interior trim panels and the aircraft skin. The agreement reached includes an option for SAS to order the Moisture Management System for the long range aircraft fleet, up to twenty (20). nd Installation of the initial B767 system is planned for 2 quarter next year, followed by a six (6) months evaluation period. "This is a further milestone for CTT to be first to offer a complete Moisture Management System in order to increase the comfort for business class passengers. During the past year we have noticed an increased interest and demand for this type of value added system. We are delighted to offer this concept in close co- operation with SAS", comments CTT Systems AB president Mr. Torbjörn Johansson as the Agreement was reached. TM The CTT Zonal Drying System is designed to combat problems related to water condensation in the thermal and acoustic insulation of modern passenger aircraft. Airlines encountering "rain-in-the-plane" syndrome and other difficulties related to moisture accumulation in their insulation blankets can TM use the Zonal Drying System to mitigate these problems, reduce maintenance costs by increasing the service life of the insulation and realise significant fuel savings by eliminating the non-revenue weight of the accumulated water condensate. By keeping dry the area between the interior trim panels and the TM aircraft skin, the Zonal Drying System also reduces corrosion and the risk of failure of electronic systems and wiring. TM To date, CTT have the following customers for their Zonal Drying system: Martinair for B767-300 and MD11 Jet Aviation for Excecutive aircrafts B767-200, B757-200 and Boeing Business Jet KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for MD11 and B767 Austrian Airlines for MD80 LTU for Airbus A330 Raytheon Systems Company regarding NASA/DLR SOFIA-project (Stratospheric Observatory For Infrared Astronomy) Canadair Regional Jet (undisclosed operator) Swissair for MD11 CTT Systems AB is located in Nyköping, Sweden and listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange AB O-list in Stockholm.
