Culligan International Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Rosemont, ILLINOIS – July 21, 2014 – Culligan International, the leader in water filtration services, announced today that Glen Ferguson, a seasoned financial executive, has joined the company’s leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.

Ferguson has dedicated the past 25 years of his career to the financial industry, with a strong background in business planning, operations, financial management, dealer operations, international business, and mergers and acquisitions.

He most recently served as chief financial officer for ADA Carbon Solutions, helping lead the finance and accounting teams to accomplish strategic business objectives in financial reporting, cash management, information systems, tax planning and risk management.

Ferguson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Haven and is a certified public accountant.
