Change of listing at the SSE

Custos' Board of Directors has decided to list the company on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange instead of on the A-list. The reason for the move is that the O-list is more advantageous for (Swedish) private individuals from a wealth tax point of view. The cost of acquiring equity capital from private individuals is thus lowered. Private individuals is a natural and important investor category for Custos. The objective of this action is to increase further the attractiveness for private investors - current (@30,000) and future - to invest in and to own Custos shares. In contrast to similar investment alternatives on the Swedish market - mutual funds and other investment companies - Custos will be able to offer an investment opportunity without any wealth tax implications. Custos will continue to observe the rules and regulations of the A-list in the future. The move is accepted by our major Swedish and foreign owners.
