Custos acquires 40% of C. Tybring-Gjedde ASA

Custos acquires 40% of C. Tybring-Gjedde ASA Custos has today reached an agreement to acquire up to approximately 40% of the share capital of C. Tybring-Gjedde ASA. Custos' total investment is expected to amount to around NOK 130 million. The acquisition of shares is conducted through a participation in a directed issue of new shares, a purchase of existing shares and a subscription of a convertible loan. The transaction is subject to certain conditions including due diligence. Tybring-Gjedde is a listed Norwegian office products supplier with operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. In 1998, the company had a turnover in excess of NOK 2 billion.
