Custos completes the acquisition of AB Transportförvaltning

Custos completes the acquisition of AB Transportförvaltning Shareholders representing 98.7 per cent of the shares in the unlisted company AB Transport- förvaltning have accepted Custos bid. The main asset of AB Transportförvaltning is a holding of 569,000 A shares and 2,179,220 B shares in ASG AB. The estimated date for transfer of ownership of the shares in AB Transportförvaltning is September 3, 1997. Custos will request redemption of the remaining shares. After the acquisition of AB Transportförvaltning Custos will own a total of 569,000 A shares and 3,854,720 B shares in ASG AB corresponding to 26.5 per cent of the share capital and 32.8 per cent of the voting rights.
