Custos has acquired additional shares in ASG

Custos has acquired additional shares in ASG Custos has acquired additional B shares in ASG AB. After the acquisition Custos owns 726,750 A shares and 3,959,271 B shares corresponding to 37.3 per cent of the capital and 49.3 per cent of the voting rights. Custos has previously sold call options on 270,500 B shares in ASG to members of the Board of Directors and top management. If the call options are exercised, Custos´ holding will amount to 726,750 A shares and 3,688,771 B shares in ASG, corresponding to 35.2 per cent of the capital and 48.1 per cent of the voting rights.
