Custos has acquired additional shares in Bilia AB Custos has acquired additional shares in Bilia AB. After the acquisition, Custos holds 3,826,363 shares in Bilia without taking into account received sale rights. Custos has previously sold options corresponding to 180,000 shares to members of the management of Bilia. Asuming all options were exercised, Custos holds 3,646,363 shares in Bilia corresponding to 11.3% of the votes and capital after full dilution.
