Custos has acquired additional shares in Industrivärden AB Custos has acquired additional shares in AB Industrivärden. After the acquisition Custos holds 3,859,200 series A shares. Investment AB Öresund's holding in Industrivärden amounts to 10,100,000 series A shares. The combined holding of Custos and Öresund in Industrivärden amounts to 13,959,200 series A shares. After full dilution the holding corresponds to 7.3 per cent of the share capital and 10.0 per cent of the voting rights.
