Custos has acquired additional shares in Perbio Custos has acquired additional shares in Perbio Science AB. After the acquisition AB Custos holds 11,409,362 shares in Perbio. Custos has previously sold 60,000 options to members of the management in Perbio. If all options are exercised, Custos will hold 11,349,362 shares in Perbio corresponding to 31,7% of the votes and capital. After full dilution with the warrants issued by Perbio at an Extra General Meeting at December 6, 1999, Custos holding corresponds to 30,1% of the votes and capital.
