Custos has acquired additional shares in Perbio

Custos has acquired additional shares in Perbio Custos has acquired additional shares in Perbio Science AB. After the acquisition AB Custos holds 13,475,226 shares in Perbio. Custos has previously sold options corresponding to 60,000 shares to members of the management in Perbio. If all options are exercised, Custos will hold 13,415,226 shares in Perbio corresponding to 37.5% of the votes and capital. After full dilution with the warrants issued by Perbio at an Extra General Meeting at December 6, 1999, Custos holding corresponds to 35.6% of the votes and capital.
