Custos has acquired additional shares in Perstorp Custos has acquired additional shares in Perstorp AB. After the acquisition AB Custos holds 390,200 series A shares and 14,996,939 series B shares in Perstorp. Custos has previously sold 640,000 options to members of the management in Perstorp. If all options are exercised, Custos will hold 390,200 series A shares and 14,356,939 series B shares in Perstorp corresponding to 12.1% of the votes and 20.0% of the capital after full dilution.
