Custos has acquired additional shares in Perstorp Custos has acquired additional shares in Perstorp AB. After the acquisition AB Custos holds 325,600 series A shares and 11,255,437 series B shares corresponding to 9.8% of the voting rights and 16.2% of the share capital. After full dilution the holding corresponds to 9.6% of the voting rights and 15.7% of the share capital.
