Custos has divested its entire stake in Skanska Custos has divested its entire stake consisting of 4,684,278 A shares and 2,282,556 B shares in Skanska AB. The total consideration amounts to SEK 1,985,547,690. Custos cash and cash equivalents post the disposal of Drott and Skanska amount to approximately SEK 2.6 bn or SEK 65 per share. The net asset value as of September 25, 1998, amounts to SEK 190 per share post transaction. Comment from the CEO Custos has accepted an offer from Industrivärden and Inter IKEA to divest its entire stake in Skanska. Skanska has during the last few years gone through a major process focusing its strategy on construction and project development. Significant non-core activities have been divested and the company has developed a strong competitive position, a good order backlog and significant financial strength.
