Custos has entered into a swap agreement

Custos has entered into a swap agreement corresponding to 2.2% of the capital in Custos Custos has, in accordance with the mandate from the Annual General Meeting in Custos at April 14, 1999, entered into a swap agreement with Handelsbanken. The volume in the swap agreement is currently 437,796 series A-shares and 265,560 series B-shares, in total 703,356 shares in Custos, corresponding to 2.2% of the capital in Custos. The swap agreement is part of a redemption of shares at market price.
