Custos has made a conditional offer for all outstanding shares in AB Transportförvaltning. AB Transportförvaltning is an unlisted company whose primary assets are 569,000 Series A shares and 2,179,220 Series B shares in ASG AB. These shares represent 27.1% of the votes and 16.5% of the capital in ASG AB. Shareholders representing 68% of the shares in AB Transportförvaltning have accepted Custos' offer so far.
