Custos has reduced its holding of SCA shares

Custos has reduced its holding of SCA shares Custos has converted 2,261,102 Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA Series A shares to Series B shares. The Series B shares have been used to repay borrowed securities amounting to a corresponding number of shares. Hereafter Custos owns 13,583,589 SCA Series A shares, corresponding to 17.7 percent of the voting power and 5.8 percent of the capital. This holding does not take into consideration the ongoing redemption program with SCA shares as payment or options issued.
