Custos has sold options to members of the management in Perstorp Custos has sold 640,000 options to members of the management in Perstorp AB. Each option gives a right to acquire one series B-share in Perstorp during the period up to October 29, 2001. Custos holds 390,200 series A-shares and 11,756,939 series B-shares in Perstorp. If all options are exercised Custos will hold 390,200 series A-shares and 11,116,939 series B-shares in Perstorp, corresponding to 10.0%of the votes and 15.6% of the capital after full dilution.
