Custos has sold options to members of the management in SCA

Custos has sold options to members of the management in SCA Custos has sold 754,000 options to members of the management in Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA. Each option gives a right to acquire one series B- share in SCA during the period April 26, 2004 to May 28, 2004. Custos holds 15,203,591 series A-shares in SCA and has previously sold 102,900 options with rights to acquire B-shares in SCA to members of the management in SCA. If all options are exercised and Custos opts to convert series A-shares to series B- shares at that time, Custos will hold 14,346,691 series A-shares in SCA corresponding to 19.1% of the votes and 7.2% of the capital after full dilution.
