Custos has sold shares to members of the Board and Management in Firefly Custos has sold 108,000 shares to members of the Board and Management in Firefly. After the divestment Custos holds 2,364,573 shares, corresponding to 43.0 per cent of capital and votes in Firefly. Custos has previously issued call options corresponding to 220,000 shares in Firefly. If all options are exercised Custos will hold 2,144,573 shares in Firefly, corresponding to 39.0 per cent of capital and votes.
