Custos has synthetically repurchased 10.8% of the capital in Custos Custos has, in accordance with the mandate from the Annual General Meeting at April 5, 2000, synthetically repurchased 1,990,740 series A-shares and 1,017,795 series B-shares, in total 3,008,535 shares in Custos. This corresponds to 10.8% of the capital and 9.5% of the votes in Custos, based on 27,758,803 outstanding Custos shares.
