Custos has synthetically repurchased 11,1% of the capital in Custos Custos has, in accordance with the mandate from the Annual General Meeting at April 5, 2000, synthetically repurchased 2,069,740 series A-shares and 1,018,595 series B-shares, in total 3,088,335 shares in Custos. This corresponds to 11.1% of the capital and 9.9% of the votes in Custos, based on 27,758,803 outstanding Custos shares.
