Custos has synthetically repurchased 7.0% of the capital in Custos Custos has, in accordance with the mandate from the Annual General Meeting in Custos at April 14, 1999, synthetically repurchased 1,368,396 series A-shares and 867,720 series B-shares, in total 2,236,116 shares in Custos, corresponding to 7.0% of the capital and 5.9% of the votes in Custos. Due to the occasionally limited liquidity in the Custos-share, Custos has decided that the time limit regarding synthetic buybacks no longer will apply from November 3, 1999.
