Custos has synthetically repurchased 9,0% of the capital in Custos Custos has, in accordance with the mandate from the Annual General Meeting at April 5, 2000, synthetically repurchased 1,564,380 series A-shares and 945,603 series B-shares, in total 2,509,983 shares in Custos. This corresponds to 9.0% of the capital and 7.5% of the votes in Custos, based on 27,758,803 outstanding Custos shares.
