Custos has transferred ASG shares to Danzas Following the Swedish Patent and Registration Authority's registration on August 26, 1999 of the decision of the Board of Directors of ASG to convert 726,749 A-shares to as many B-shares in ASG, Custos has transferred the ownership as well as received the payment corresponding to MSEK 193 of the said B-shares to Danzas.
