Custos reduces ownership in Hufvudstaden

Custos reduces ownership in Hufvudstaden AB Custos has reduced its holding in Fastighetsaktiebolaget Hufvudstaden. After the reduction Custos owns 26,177,785 series A shares and 5,333,310 series C shares in Hufvudstaden, corresponding to 23.6% of share capital and 84.5% of voting rights. Custos has also sold a call option on 300,000 series A shares in Hufvudstaden. If the call option is exercised Custos holding in Hufvudstaden amounts to 25,877,785 series A shares and 5,333,310 series C shares, corresponding to 23.3% of share capital and 84.5% of voting rights.
