Custos sells all shares in Drott for MSEK 609 AB Custos has sold its entire holding in AB Drott for MSEK 609 in a futures transaction. The sales amount corresponds to SEK 95 per A share and SEK 72 per B share. The buyer is Näckebro and the estimated transfer date is September 21, 1998. Drott, which currently is a wholly owned subsidiary of Skanska, will be spun- off to Skanska´s shareholders and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's O- list on September 24, 1998. Through this futures transaction, Custos divests its entire holding in Drott consisting of 25,1% of the votes and 6,1% of the share capital. "This is a favorable transaction for Custos' shareholders which frees up a significant amount of capital. It is also a good transaction for a Swedish real estate market in further need of consolidation", says Christer Gardell, CEO of Custos.
