Extra General Meeting of Custos decided to issue redemption rights Today an Extra General Meeting of Custos took the decision to issue redemption rights and to change the Articles of Association as a consequence of the redemption offer. The decisions mean that the redemption procedure suggested in September 2000 follows the proposal of the Board. Briefly the proposal implies that the shareholders of Custos have the th right to redeem every fourth (4 ) share in Custos in return for payment comprising two (2) shares in Svenska Cellulosa AB SCA ("SCA").
