Industri Kapital is in advanced negotiations with the major owners of Perstorp AB

Industri Kapital is in advanced negotiations with the major owners of Perstorp AB, including AB Custos, National Pension Insurance Fund (Fourth Fund Board), Nordea mutual funds and SEB mutual funds as well as representatives of the Wendt family. The intention is for these discussions, which are also held with the company, to be finalised before end of March. The negotiations may lead to a public offer for all shares and convertibles of Perstorp AB. A spin-off and stock market listing of Perstorp's flooring operations, Pergo, will however be completed in line with Perstorp's previously communicated plans. More information will be communicated at a later stage.
