Johan Wahlström proposed to be elected to Custos' Board of Directors After Custos' announcement as of March 2, 2000 regarding the Annual General Meeting, shareholders representing approximately 40 per cent of the votes in AB Custos have informed the company that they propose, as earlier, re-election of the current Directors and as a new member of the Board, Jonas Whalström. Due to the addition to the Board of Directors, the remuneration to the Board is proposed to be adjusted to SEK 2,020,000. Mr Wahlström was born in 1958 and is a Master of Engineering and holds a Ph.D. in Business.
