Last record date for Series A shares and Series B shares In accordance with the decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Custos on July 25, 2000 to modify the Articles of Association, whereby the Company will issue shares of one class (ordinary shares), the last record date for Series A shares and Series B shares will be August 15, 2000. The first day for trading the ordinary shares will be on August 16, 2000.
