New agreement regarding Custos' investment in C. Tybring-Gjedde ASA Custos has signed an agreement to invest approximately MNOK 150 in the Norwegian listad company C. Tybring-Gjedde ASA by participating in a directed issue of shares and convertible loans. In addition, Tybring-Gjedde conducts a new issue of shares to existing shareholders. Custos' ownership in Tybring-Gjedde will be approximately 39% before dilution and approximately 49% after full dilution, equivalent to 14,500,000 number of shares in the company. The price per share in the new issues will be NOK 10.
