Proposal for new Board member

Proposal for new Board member Shareholder, holding more than 50 per cent of the votes in AB Custos, have with reference to Mr Christer Gardell´s resignation as Board member and Chief Executive Officer proposed that the Company before the coming Extraordinary General Meeting appoint the new Chief Executive Officer, Mr Mikael Nachemson, a member of the Board. As has been announced earlier Mr Mikael Nachemson will succeed Mr Christer Gardell as Chief Executive Officer of AB Custos on October 1, 2001.
