Proposal on election of Board of Directors

Proposal on election of Board of Directors Shareholders representing approximately 67 per cent of the votes in AB Custos have informed the company of the following proposal on election regarding nomination of Board of Directors. Per-Olof Eriksson, Christer Gardell, Leif Gustafsson, Sven Hagströmer, Sten K Johnson, Mats Lederhausen, Mats Qviberg are proposed to be re-elected to the Board of Directors, and Björn Savén, Chief Executive Officer of Industri Kapital AB, is proposed as a new member of the Board.
