Proposal on election of Board of Directors

Proposal on election of Board of Directors Shareholders representing approximately 44 per cent of the votes in AB Custos have informed the company of the following proposal on election regarding nomination of Board of Directors. Per-Olof Eriksson, Christer Gardell, Leif Gustafsson, Sven Hagströmer, Sten K Johnson, and Mats Qviberg are proposed to be re-elected to the Board of Directors. Magnus Henrekson, from the Research Institute of Industrial Economics, IUI, is proposed as a new member of the Board. Mats Lederhausen and Björn Savén have declined to be re-elected for 1999.
