Redemption of shares in AB Custos The Extra General meeting in AB Custos on January 26, 1999, made the decision th in principle to redeem each fifth (5 ) Custos share. The application period for redemption of shares ended on March 5, 1999. The number of shares tendered for redemption amounts to 5,877,781 series A shares and 1,965,698 series B shares corresponding to 98.8 % of the shares eligible for redemption. The total amount to be redeemed is MSEK 1,647. The payment of the redemption amount, SEK 210 per share, will be made on or about May 4, 1999 provided the Annual General Meeting on April 14, 1999, approves the redemption proposal. Shares tendered for redemption are eligible for dividend for 1998, which is proposed at SEK 11.50 per share to be paid out on April 26 1999.
