Oslo 22 October 2015

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 20 October 2015 regarding registration of the shares issued in the Private Placement on a separate non-tradable ISIN until the publication by the Company of a listing prospectus (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (the "Norwegian FSA"). Reference is also made to the stock exchange notice published the same date, 20 October 2015, regarding the Company's resolution to proceed with, and the final terms of, the Subsequent Offering.

The Norwegian FSA has approved the Prospectus that has been prepared by the Company for the listing on Oslo Axess of the 800,000 shares issued in the Company in the private placement completed on 7 September 2015 and the offer and listing of up to 150,000 Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering.

The Prospectus is available at www.cxense.com and www.articsec.no, and will also be available free of charge at the business offices of Company and Arctic Securities AS.

Over-subscriptions and subscriptions without subscription rights will be allowed, however, there can be no assurances that Offer Shares will be allocated based on such subscriptions.

Subscription rights not used to subscribe for Offer Shares during the subscription period will have no value after the end of the subscription period, and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
