Completion of Warrants exercise period

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements from Cxense ASA ("Cxense" or the "Company") concerning exercise of  warrants (ISIN NO 001 0747454). The subscription period for exercising the warrants ended on Saturday, 12 November 2016.

82.7% of the 475,000 warrants have been subscribed for by the warrant holders.

Payment for the new shares will fall due on 25 November 2016. The new shares may not be transferred or traded before they are fully paid and the share capital increase pertaining to the warrants has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. It is expected that the share capital increase will be registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on or about 1 December 2016 and that the shares will immediately thereafter be admitted to trading on Oslo Børs.
