CORRECTION: CXENSE ASA - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Cxense ASA (the "Company") earlier today on 9 May 2018 at 14:15 (CEST) regarding the Company's annual general meeting that was held today. A correction has been made in appendix 1 to the minutes showing the result of votes casted in the meeting. No other changes has been made to the minutes. The minutes from the general meeting, including the correct appendix 1, is enclosed hereto.
