Cxense ASA – Annual general meeting held

The annual general meeting of Cxense ASA was held today, 8 May 2019. Minutes from the meeting is enclosed hereto.

The general meeting was for the first time successfully held as a hybrid general meeting, allowing shareholders to participate both in person and online by use of an online platform administered by DNB Bank ASA, Registrars Department, licensed from company Lumi Ltd.
