Cxense ASA – Approved Prospectus

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements by Cxense ASA (the "Company") published on, inter alia, 24 August 2017 regarding a private placement of 1,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "New Shares").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw. Finanstilsynet) has today, 2 November 2017, approved a prospectus prepared by the Company for listing of the New Shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following the publication of the prospectus, the New Shares will be transferred from a separate ISIN to the Company's ordinary ISIN and be tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The prospectus is attached hereto and will also be available at the Company's website www.cxense.com. Printed copies of the prospectus may be obtained free of charge at the offices of the Company in Karenslyst Allé 4, Oslo, Norway.
