Cxense ASA – CFO steps down

Oslo, Norway - 3 September 2018 - Cxense ASA (OSE: CXENSE) today announces that Jørgen Marius Loeng has resigned as Chief Financial Officer. He will stay with Cxense until the end of November 2018 and then start as partner with a global consulting company. 

"Jørgen has been a key contributor to getting Cxense to where we are today, a software-as-a-service company based in Norway with a global customer base and a growing core business. On behalf of the company, I want to thank him for his efforts and wish him success in his future endeavours.
