Cxense ASA – Extraordinary general meeting held

An extraordinary general meeting was held in Cxense ASA ("Cxense") today, 18 September 2017. Minutes from the general meeting is enclosed hereto.

Ms. Ingeborg Hegstad was elected as a new board member in Cxense in the general meeting. Ms. Hegstad holds 7,150 shares in Cxense.
