An extraordinary general meeting was held in Cxense ASA ("Cxense") today, 16 August 2018 at 14:00 hours (CET). Mr. Azeem Azhar was elected as a new board member in Cxense in the general meeting. Minutes from the general meeting is enclosed hereto.
