Reference is made to the announcements by Cxense ASA (Cxense) on 21 September 2015.

Cxense held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday 12 October 2015 at 09:00 at Felix Conference Centre, Bryggetorget 3, Vika, Oslo, Norway. 48,68% of the shares were represented.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the Board of Directors in the notice of the meeting, including the Private Placement.
