Cxense ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Christian P. Halvorsen, CEO of Cxense ASA (the "Company"), has today transferred 25,000 shares held directly in the Company to Tankeverket AS, a company controlled by Mr. Halvorsen and a related party, at price of NOK 40.00 per share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Halvorsen own or control 25,000 shares and 70,000 subscriptions rights in the Company.
