Tankeverket AS, a company controlled by Christian P. Halvorsen, CEO of Cxense ASA (the "Company"), has on 9 May 2018 acquired 2 500 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 40.99 per share.

After the purchase, Mr. Halvorsen controls a total of 27 500 shares in the Company through Tankeverket AS.
