Cxense ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Tankeverket AS, a company controlled by Christian Printzell Halvorsen, CEO of Cxense ASA (the "Company"), has on March 12 2019 acquired 20,000 shares in the Company at a a price of NOK 7,60 per share. After the purchase, Mr Halvorsen controls a total of 118,928 shares in the Company through Tankeverket AS. Mr Halvorsen also owns 140,000 share options and subscription rights in the Company.
