Cxense ASA - Share Capital Increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 8 October 2015, regarding the share capital increase of a total of 6,842 new shares in Cxense ASA (the “Company”) related to the purchase price closing adjustment of the Maxifier transaction. The share capital increase has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is NOK 23,314,605 divided into 4,662,921 ordinary shares, each share having a par value of NOK 5.
